We are glad you are here to check us out. FICF is an International church for all people who want to know more about Christ, grow in their Christian walk, and find fellowship and encouragement.
We were founded as a Filipino Church (SBC affiliated) in 2006 and through the years the Lord has melded us into more of an International Church. Although, we are dominantly Filipino we have members whose backgrounds come from all over the world.
Please feel free to find out more about us by exploring some of the links listed above.
HOW TO KNOW CHRIST
1. You must realize you are a sinner.
Romans 3:23 says, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
2. God loves you even though you are a sinner.
John 10:10 says, “I have come that you might have life, and have it more abundantly.”
3. God made a way through His Son Jesus Christ.
Romans 5:8 says, “But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were yet sinners Christ died for us.”
4. You receive this gift by Faith alone.
Ephesians 2:8 says, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith.”
5. Faith is a decision of your heart confirmed by the actions of your life.
Romans 10:9-10 says, “If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
If you believe that Jesus died for your sins and want to start a new life with Him right now, pray this prayer.
What to Pray
Dear Lord Jesus, I thank you for loving me and offering me forgiveness and eternal life. I believe Jesus is the Son of God and that He died on the cross for my sins and was raised from the dead. I know I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. I am now turning from my sins and I invite You to come into my life and save me. Jesus You are Lord and I surrender my life completely to you right now. In Jesus name, Amen.
What to Do Now
• Confess Christ publicly.
• Be baptized.
• Join a church that honors Christ.
• Read the Bible and learn to pray.
• Begin telling your friends, neighbors, and relatives how they, too, can experience Christ’s love.
“And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life.” I John 5:11, 13
